Q1: I like your products. How can I get some samples from you?
A: Thank you very much for your interest. We can prepare a reference sample Free of Charge for you. However, we would like you to participate in this evaluation too. Therefore, we would like to ask you to pay for the shipping and the handling charge. In case, if you need a wide range of samples, we might charge you an additional small fee for the extra samples.

Q2: You have a wide range of products. Can I mix and match to reduce the MOQ to start with a trial production?

Q3: Can I print my own logo?
A: Yes, we prefer you to print your own logo. We feel that the product sells the best under your own Brand name.

Q4: Can I get my own packaging design?
A: Yes, we prefer you to design your own packaging too. We have ready dielines for you to design the artworks.

Q5: Can I design my own shape?

We have professional mold injection molding machines and professional technicians who can modify the lamp shape according to your requirements,We can assist you in creating your own unique products. Q6: How do I make sure that the products are produced in good condition?
A: We have a well established Quality Control system. We welcome you to visit our facility for a factory tour. Also, we work closely with 3rd party production inspection company that you can send to inspect your products prior to shipping.
