Q1: Can i have a sample order for light?

A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2: What about the lead time?

A2: Sample needs 7-10 days, mass production time needs 30-35 days for order quantity more than.

Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit for light order?

A3: Low MOQ 100, and 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A4: We ususlly ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q5: How to proceed an order for light?

A5: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

Secondly we quote accordiing to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Fourthly we arrange the production.

Q6: Is it ok to print my logo on light product?

A6: Yes, please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A7: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How about your aftre-sale service?

A8: Our set up a department to deal with any after-sales problem s .So just contract us for any help we can reproduce for you if the mistake made byy us ,such as material ,size ,color not same sa you request.

Q9: How does your company do regarding quality control?

A9: Quality is priority .KORS LIGHTING CO., LTD people always attach graet importance to quality control from the begining to the end of hte production ,the product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.

Q10: Do you have stocks?

A10: Usually, we don't have stocks. Our production time is just about 5-7 working days.

Q11: Does your products are exactly same as picture?

A11: Maybe it has a little color difference (because of the effect of photographed). But it almost exactly same as picture.
