Q1. Can I have a sample order for 5mm round led?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples of 5mm round leds are acceptable.
Q2: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Q3. Is it OK to print my logo on 5mm round led product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q4: Can we get support if we have our own market position?

Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our 5mm round led are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period of 5mm round led , we will send new 5mm round leds with new order for small quantity. For defective batch 5mm round leds, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
