Q1: Can I have the sample to check the quality?

A1: Yes, we welcome the sample order to check our product, we could offer 1pc sample at free, please refer to our sample term.

Q2: What kinds of certificates you have?

A2: All kinds of certificates can be supplied if customer place a lager order quantity, we have GS, CE, LVD, EMC, LVD, ROHS.

Q3: Can you do OEM for me?

A3: We accept all OEM orders, just contact us and give me your design, we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.

Q4: What's your payment terms ?

A4: By T/T,LC AT SIGHT,30% deposit in advance, balance 70%  before shipment.   

Q5: How can I place the order?

A5: Firstly sign the PI and pay the deposit, then we arrange mass production. Make the goods inspection after finished. Finally we will ship the Goods before receiving the balance payment.

Q6: When can I get the quotation ?

A7: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation. Please call us or tell us your mail, so that we could dispose your inquiry in priority.
