A: We are factory. our factory is located in Anhui, We have our own showroom and factory, covering more than 10000 square meters. You are most welcomed to visit us anytime.

Q: Do you have showroom,does your showroom display all models?
A: Yes, we have a showroom, but due to the rich range of our products, we cannot display all models. If you have specific products that you wish to view please give us a call prior visiting.

Q: Can you OEM or ODM ?
A: Yes, customize service is welcomed. Please send your design pictures to us,then our professional designers will look into it.

Q: Can I order samples? Are they free of charge? 
A: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees and delivery cost are needed,but we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: For container order, the lead time is usually 30-45 days after the deposit.

Q: What's the payment term?
A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

Q: How often do you launch new catalogs?
A: Bi-annually. We introduce new product twice a year in our Spring and Fall catalogs.
