Q1. Can I have a sample order for emergency power pack? A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are aceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time? A2: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 4 weeks for order quantity more than 500pcs.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for emergency power pack order? A3: Low MOQ, 100pcs for batch order.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A4: We usually ship by DHL or TNT for sample order. It usually takes 3-5 days to arive. Sea shipping for batch order is available.
Q5. How to proceed an order for emergency power pack? A5: 1) let us know your lamp data. Such as, power of tube, input voltage, backup time you need. 2) We quote according to your requirements. 3) customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. 4) We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on emergency power pack? A6: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firsly based on our sample. An authorization letter for using your logo is also x03 required.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products? A7: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty? A8: 1) Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.5%. 2) during the guarantee period, we will send new emergency power packs with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation. |
