1. Can I make 1pcs order for testing?

A:Sorry. our company doing distribution business in this field, we recommend you could get sample from Aliexpress. mixed different xiaomi ecology products sample order is acceptable. 

2. What is the delivery time ?

A: We have ourself warehouse in Longhua,Shenzhen,Most Mijia smart home products is in stock, usually we deliver order(<100PCS)  in 3days. For more quantity goods could contact us for accurate delivery time.

3. Do you accept OEM order?

A: We are official agent of Aqara and Yeelight compay. didn't accept OEM order.

4.How do you ship the goods ?

A:We could send goods to client's warehouse in China. also support sending by DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS etc. directly. For mass order, client could choose by sea or air , all is acceptable.

5. What about the warranty of your products?

We offer 1year warranty for all the products except accessories. Defective items must be returned within 7 days, all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging. Please notice that artificial damages are out of warranty.
