A1: We are a professional manufacturer of car accessories, and we are involving in R&D, design, production and sales over ten years.

Q2: Can you customize the products as per our request?

A2: Yes, we do OEM and ODM order, including the customer logo & customer package printing design. Also, we have the ability to develop new model based on your idea and budget.

Q3: What is your MOQ?

A3: Normally 800pcs. But we can accept small quantity for your trial order. So, feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.

Q4: Can you provide free samples?

A4: I'm so sorry that we have to charge a certain amount of sample fees, but these fees will be deducted from your order.

Q5: What’s your delivery time?

A5: Sample: 1-3 days.

Bulk order:10-30 days after confirming all details of the order and receiving your deposit (can be negotiable).

Q6: What’s your payment term?

A6: Sample: PayPal or T/T or through Alibaba Trade Assurance

Mass production: 30% deposit advanced, 70% before shipment. Besides LC at sight and Trade Assurance are both acceptable.

Q7: What’s your warranty for your products?

A7: The warranty time is 12 months after goods leaving loading port. In case there is any quality problems except man-made damage, we exchange the defective products or refund to you.
