Plastic welt is a banner accessory made of a thin TPU or PVC strip (or welt/gasket) that help the fabric taut enough when installed the graphics into the aluminum frames The plastic welt is sewn directly to the edge of the graphic, and then inserted into the frames with a recessed groove.
