2. How long will it take to execute my order?

Our normal leading time is 7-15 working days based on your quantity and customize requirements.

We will let you know the schedule in details after the deposit confirms done.

3. What kind of shipping method you can provide for clients?

Normally, for samples and small quantity order, we will suggest to ship by express, such as DHL, UPS,Fedex.

And for mass order, shipping by sea will save you much more cost if you can wait for 1 month shipping time.

4. How much will the shipping cost be?
Different shipping address from different countries will come with different shipping cost.
The best way to offer you specific freight, please show us your shipping information in details 

5. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide samples of all the items listed.
We also provide free samples if you share your sales plan to us in details. 

 
6. Do you prepare stock?
Normally, for sending samples to different clients, we prepared few stock of each model.
And all of the mass orders will go through our inner producing system. 

7. How does your company control the defetive rate?
Quality is always our soul, that's the reason why we are growing up year by year and keeping great relationship with our regular clients. 
Every order must be 100% QC pass before shippment.

Normally, our R&D team and QC department verify the quality 5 times from material purchasing to mass order ship out, 
Including: 1. Material incoming inspection by QC inspector,

                2. Testing to verified by R&D team,
                3. Producing line inspection by QC inspector,
                4. Finished product inspection by QC team,
                5. Final inspection by QC team before shipping.

If you need Invitation Letter for applying the visitation to China, please let us know freely. 

9. Do we need to send the defective products back to you for replacing during the warranty period?
No, you don't need to do that.
Please help to provide us the pictures or videos to show the quality problem. Our engineers will confirm the issues in 48 hours after receiving the document from you,
and we will teach you to try it again with our engineers guiding to solve the problem. if the problem happens again, we'll send you a new one at once.
