We utilize off the shelf enclosures with in house design and modeling, and we can also design custom remote control solutions for your specific application requirements using new molds and tooling, new PCB, custom IC and programming, custom artwork, custom color.

Our engineering and design capabilities include Software Development, ASIC Design, PCB Design, Universal Library and Learning Functionality, Custom Tooling Design and Custom Packaging. Our OEM service will supply you with any quantity of remote controls with your company name and logo screened on the case or overlay. Custom overlays (name plates) are available for all models.

Q1: What does RC's custom service we can get from you?
A: About the remote control, we can custom new mold, custom printing, custom LOGO, custom packaging, custom function and so on. All in all, we can customize our remotes to accommodate your needs and fit to your requirements.

Q2: If I need custom RC, but the quantity is below your MOQ, do you accept small order?

A: Yes, if your quantity is below our MOQ, we also can make it. But the unit price will be a little higher than regular order. 

Q3: How can I get sample?
A: 1.If we have stock, sample will be free, please pay for the sample freight.
2.If you need custom remote control, we will make the remote according to your requirement, please pay the sample cost + freight. But we will refund the sample fee to you when you plan the first order or you are not satisfied with our samples.

Q4: How do you test product quality during mass production?
A: If you have concerns about the product quality, we will send sample to you during mass production. Our products can reach CE, ROHS and FCC standards, please trust us. Thanks!

Q5: If remote controls broken after I get them,what kind of service you support?
A:Fristly, tell us the problem and send product picture to us; secondly, you can seed back the RC to us if it is ok, we will fix it or send new remote to you soon. We hope to do long-term business with you not just for one time.Trust us, we will give you good service.
