we packed 2pcs products a master carton. Each individual box pack 1pcs products, 1pcs user manuel, two hanging kit.
Samples order could ship by Air，such as UPS,FEDEX,DHL,etc. Bulk order could ship by Sea,goods would be loaded on truck at our factory. before loading,QC must check product one by one, and lighting testing,viberation testing would be fulfilled at least 6-8hours. and then worked pack goods well. Lighting testing is a important procedure for inspect quality,lighting condition before delivery.each light must fufill 6-8hours lighting testing at least, if lighting testing approved by engineer, it will proceed to next viberation testing which imitate the viberation within shipping, all goods must psaa this strictly testing and then pack by worker.
