Q2:How to place a order?

A:Please send us your purchase order by E-mail, fax, skype, or making a call, and you can ask us to send you a PI for your approval. We need to know the following information for your order:

1)Product information: Quantity, Specification (type, logo, and packing requirements);

2)Delivery time required;

3)Shipping information: Company name, Address, Phone number, Destination seaport/airport;

4)Forwarder’s contact details if there is any in China.

Q3:How long and how to get sample from us?

A3:1)If you need some samples to test, we can make as per your request, please tell us the type and quantity. You should pay for the sample cost and the transportation freight of samples;

2)Lead time for making sample: about 2-4days

3)The transportation freight of samples: the freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.

Q4:What is the payment terms?

A4:We accept the payment sent by Paypal, Western Union, T/T, VISA, Mastercard.

Q5:Can the logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?

A5:Yes,of course. Your logo can be stickered on the products and your company name can be printed/put on the flycase.

Q6:How long will the warranty period last?

A6:We usually offer 1 year free warranty(led bead/bulb is not in the range of maintenance).For detailed warranty policy, please contact our sales representatives.
