Debug Exam:
1) When the transmitter is unable to remotely control the lights or appliance, please check whether the batteries are in good contact, fixed properly or they are out of power.
2) When the transmitter is unable to remotely control the lights, please check whether there’s other transmitter around caused interference or the keys on the other transmitter are pressed down. Please note that all our IR product are universal item.
3) Please take out the batteries from the transmitter when it won’t be used for a long time when you are in vacation.
