1. If indicator lights red, it means it’s restarting.
2. If indicator lights blue and strobes, it means there’s no enough current. In other words, sunlight is not strong enough
3. If indicator lights blue and no strobe, it means it’s working well.
4. You can charge a phone and a pad at the same if there"s enough sunlight.

1. Is it flexible or stiff?

2. Does it have internal batteries to store power?

3. Will this device charge a portable power generation?
This device will charge anything that can be usually charged via a USB plug.
4. How long will it hold power after fully charged but out of the sunlight? If I charge it up, then put into my briefcase, how long will power last?
This solar powered charger without the internal battery so it won"t hold power, and it will need to be in sunlight to continue working. If the solar-powered charger leaves the sunlight into the briefcase then it won"t power last.
5. How come this solar charger is able to restart after a cloud and similar products for example the anker is not?
Because it"s installed with a smart regulator. For eg. when the cloud comes over, there"s no current output. And when cloud leaves, it can automatically restart and supply power to your device.
