Q:Do you offer free samples ?

A: Normally,we provide 1~2pcs samples for checking the quality. And samples will be charged and sent out by freight collect,But for some stock items,we can offer free sample,but the freight charge should be paid by your side.

Q:Do you accept private label on product?

A: NINGBO LIGHT could not only produce it"s own brand,but also accept OEM and ODM service,which means design and specification can be customized to meet client"s requirement.This offer can be provided according to quantity of purchase

Q: Is NINGBO LIGHT a manufacturer or a trading company ? Can I visit your factory ?

A: NINGBO LIGHT is the integration of industry and trade.Head office located in Ningbo city,the factory located in Ninghai City which is the Subordinate city of Ningbo.And you are welcome to visit our factory and our head office. Please inform us in advance,so that we could arrange everything for you.

Q: How do you control the products quality?

A: 25 persons QC Team and more than 300 square meters aging room for each goods aging 24hours.Integrated QC system is implemented in every aspect of production for 4 times strictly check.Raw materials-during productive process-finished products-after aging before pack( one by one)
