Q2: Nearly all led flat panel lighting are the same exterior, how to tell quality?

A: Price and exterior.

Though led flat panel lighting products are with same or similar exterior, due to raw material cost difference is big, poor quality are all poor frame exterior with poor heat dissipation. So prices are also low.

Besides, the driver exterior is also low-end with poor IC, MOS and capacitances.

Q3: Does led flat panel lighting really have 50,000 hours' lifespan?

A: 50,000 or longer lifespan is only theory from lab test. But due to working environments are different from in lab, actual lifespan is only <=30,000hours.

Q4: For same power, why different suppliers with different brightness?

A: Different chips, or same chip but different brightness version. The brightness will be different. But for same chip and same brightness version, the brightness will be slight difference. But please make clear the brightness difference between LEDs and lamp fixture.

For example, led flat panel lighting, the LEDs initial brightness is around 3600lm.But the true lamp fixture brightness will lose 30%, then will be around 2500lm.But some suppliers write LEDs brightness in datasheet to attract clients. Please be careful.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led flat panel lighting product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q6: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q7. Can I have a sample order for led flat panel lighting?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q8: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
