ZOHNSON has a number of patents for inventions and new products. Most Products are ETL、UL、DLC、CE、RoHS、SAA、C-Tick, CE certificated. All producrts are designed and produced strictly according to international norms and conformity with ROHS and WEEE direction. All the lamps must undergo strict aging test at 70℃, including: High voltage, low voltage, switch on and off, continue lighting, overvoltage withstand, leakage and lightning before delivery. We make sure and promise: Defective rates below 0.01% for all bulk orders.

We have finished many successful projects all around the world, including Edeka supermarket in Germany, new supermarket in Brazil, Auto showroom and parking lot in Netherlands and the racecourse in Netherlands, etc.

We attend the HK Lighting Fair twice a year in April and in October; USA LFI Lighting Fair in May; Guangzhou Lighting Fair in June.

Q1: Are you a manufactuer or trading company?

A: We are a manufactuer focus on LED tube for the North American market, our products are ETL and DLC listed.

Q2. Can I have a sample order for led light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3: How long for the delivery?

A: We have more than 10 production line for LED tube, normally for samples it will be sent our within 7 days after payment, bulk order depends on the quantity.

Q4: Can we do the OEM service, like put my logo?

A: Yes, we have supply free laser printed Logo service, and we will send the logo samples picture for you confirm.

Q5: How long for the warranty?

A: Products is 5 years warranty. Once you find the quality issue during the warranty period, please send us the pictures or vedio for us to confirm. If it is the quality problem, we will send the new products to you for the replacement, don't undertake shipping cost.

Q6: How to place an order?

A: After all the information have been confirmed with you, we will send you the PI through email, you could arrange payment by Bank wire, Paypal or Western Union and then email us the bank slip. We will finish production on time and send you the tracking number and we will also make a production report to let you know more detail through pictures or video.

Q7.Is it OK for us to visit your factory?

A: You are always warm welcome to visit both our factory and office. We are located in Zhongshan, which is close to Guangzhou office. If you really want to come to our company, we can also arrange drivers to pick you up.
