A:Yes,we welcome samples order to test and check quality,mixes samples are acceptable 

Q2:What about the lead time?

A:sample needs 1-2 days.mass production time needs 3-5 working days for order qty more than 10000meter

Q3:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A:We usurally ship by DHL,UPS,FEDEX or TNT,It usually takes 3-5 days to arraive.Airline and sea shipping also acceptable.

Q4.How to proceed the order for led light?

A:Firstly let us konw your requirements or application.Secondly we quoted according to your requirements or our suggestions,Thirdly customer confirm the sample and places despoit for formal order.Fourthly we arrange the prodcution.

Q5.Can you accept to printed my logo on led light light products.

A:Most of the product we can accept to printed the logo.but please inform us before arrange mass production.

Q6:Do you offer guarantee  for the products?

A:Yes.we offer 2-5 years warranty for our products.

Q7:How to deal with faulty?

A:Firstly ,our product are produce in strict quality control stystem and defective rate will be less then 2%,

    Secondly,During the guarantee period,we will send new lights with new order for sample order quality.For defective  batch products,we will repaired them and resend them for you.Or we can discuss the solution base on real situation.
