1.Samples and Small Orders can be shipped via express or air shipment .

   DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT takes about 3-5 workdays for delivery.

   EMS and HK post is slower than that . HK POST to USA takes 10-15 work days, to some country may takes 1 month.
2.Cargo in Large CBM can be send via LCL or FCL. We can make bookings for you and clear China customs 

1. When can I get the quotation ?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are in urgent, please let us know in email or simply call us. we will handle your inquiry preferentially.

2. How can I buy products ?

You can easily send us your required product details via e-mail or online.Then a professional price list will be replied.

3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

Free samples will be sent to you via ways you prefer to ship .but shipping cost will be collect at your side. we can also provide same low cost shipping method for your reference if necessory  .

4. What's your MOQ for OEM order ?

There are different MOQ for different products, Let us know you requirements, we will try our best to satisfy you. Small orders are also welcomed.  

5. How long can I expect to get the sample ?

Nomarlly, samples will be ready for delivery in three days. But OEM samples will take little bit longer time according to your details.

6. What about the lead time for mass production ?

As a maufacturer whoes employee over 500. we have confidence to finish any orders in a satified lead time.

7. Warranty&Return Policies:

Most products offer 3-6 month warranty and 12 month warranty for our VIP customers.Our after sale service team will try to solve your quality problems even the products are out of warranty.
