1. What is the main market for Texscope?
Our main market is in Europe, US, Australia and middle east. And other new markets are increasing demand of the new LED technology. We are also optimistic about the markets for other American and Asian regions.

2. Does your company offer free sample ?

Yes, we can offer free sample based on a limited amount

3. Does your company have MOQ ?

NO MOQ, 1 piece is always welcome. 

4. How long is the lead time?
Usually in 10-12 days for formal order, 1 week for sample order. For OEM/ODM products, delivery time depends on the request of product.

5. Can Texscope do customer assembly or offer OEM products?
Yes, Texscope has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We also want to apply the experience to LED luminaries as we have good design and engineering team. We will strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.

6. What is the warranty for your products?
We have 3 and 5 years warranty for different kinds of products. During the period, if customers have the approval showing product quality issues and if certified by Texscope engineers, we would request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace new items with the transportation charged being paid by us.

7. Does Texscope design its products?
Yes, we design and assemble all the products we are selling. Our engineers have abundant knowledge of optics, electronics, mechanical and thermal management, as well as light control technology. Some of them have successful experience to design lighting products for world famous brands.
