A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:The sample takes about 3-5 days,the mass production takes about 1-2 weeks after order comfirmed(depending on requirements of customer and quantities)

A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.

Defective rate of Qimai led light is 0.5%, in case you got problem light. Please don't worry. LED work light: Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show problem. Then we will send new lights together with next order after we get approved from after sales department. LED light bar: Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show problem. Then we will send replacement parts together with next order after we get approved from after sales department.
