Q1. What is your trade terms of delivery? 
A: Our products are listed by EXW trade term. If you want to know our other trade terms, please ask our sellers. 

Q2. What is your terms of payment? 
A: We accept PayPal, T/T, Western Union, and Trade Assurance. 
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. How about your delivery time? 
A: Generally, it will take 24 to 72 hours after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. 

Q4. Can you produce according to the samples? 
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures. 

Q5. What is your sample policy? 
A: There are two ways for customers to get our samples. 
First way: We can supply the free sample, but the customers have to pay the freight cost. 
Second way: Customer must pay total amount of samples, but we will deduct total amount of the samples at your next order. 

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery? 
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. 

Q7. How to proceed an order for HID Xenon products? 
A: There are two way to finish your order.
First way:
1. Select your product's model, color temperature, wattage, quantity and freight way on RTS products.
2. Write your correct and details of shipping information: name, phone number, address, and zip code before made payment.
Second way:
1. Let us know your requirements or application. 2. We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
3. Customer confirms the samples or items and places payment for formal order.
4. We arrange the production. 

Q8. Is it OK to print my logo on our product or to customize my package box? 
A: We provide a free service of them, but we require one minimizing quantity of them. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
