FR121W outdoor monitoring control box

Application

Apply to fault alarm output,ON/OFF and flash frequency control for aviatioon obstruction light.

Major functions&features

•  Control the aviation lights flash synchronously.

•  With fault alarm function. When any light fails, there will be with alarm indicator and fault signal output.

•  Output alarm signal. Alarm signal is relay contactor output, no power source.

•  With photocell/manual switchover device. If you do not need photocell function, it could change to manual control model by this device.

•  Light-operated switch use PJ003 to realize its function.

•  With switch over function. When lead light fails, standby light will switch on automatically.(Customized).

Connection

•   Please follow below diagram to connect power.

“Power” is input power supply. If contrl box is DC/AC type, please connect with DC/AC power accordingly.

Warning: it is not allowed to connect AC power with DC type control box. Otherwise, the control box will burn out.

Lamp1~Lamp2 connect with aviation light. For control box with switch over function, Lamp 1 is lead light. Lamp 2 is standby light.. In case lead light fails, standby light will turn on automatically.  

Lamp1 Alarm~Lamp2 Alarm are alarm

Outputing terminals.

“Photocell” is terminal for photocell.

NO:1~NO:2,shows Lamp1~Lamp2 operate status. When indicator is green, aviation light is working. In case any lights fail, AL1,AL2,  will turn red

Notice

•  This product is voltage detecting type , when and if the power of aviation light completely fails, the control box will give an alarm. Suggest using for not high required test precision

•  Please confirm power connection is correct before using.

•  Don’t open any part of the products when operation.
