A: 1, Please contact sales to issue pro-forma (PI).

    2, After receiving your 50% or 100% deposit, we'll arrange production.

    3, We'll inform you before production is finished.

    4, Please arrange balance payment.

    5, After receiving your balance payment, we'll arrange shipping, and let you know tracking NO.

Q: Is there a minimum order value?

A: Some items have MOQ, please contact sales.

Q: What's your terms of trade?

A: We quote based on EXW. Regarding shipping cost, we can quote if you want.
