These are dimmable. It's just that light output at Low setting is not that dim - meaning light output remains more or less same to the eyes at almost all levels. It didnt make any noise in my dimmer.

  A: By T/T,30% deposit in advance, balance 70%  before shipment.

 A: First sign the PI,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we will ship the Goods.
