I.     General description:

Adopting the lead screw mechanical principle and using the rotation of the wheel disc as the driving force, the manual disassembly table for GMC-A fire extinguishers can be used to disassemble and assemble various portable fire extinguishers. The equipment is simple to operate and easy to use and comes with a tool box, which can store accessories and assembly tools of fire extinguishers.

III.   Directions for use:

1.    First, exhaust all gas within the fire extinguisher cylinder. Please be sure that all gas within the fire extinguisher cylinder has been released!

2.    Regulate a height that is suitable for disassembling the fire extinguisher cylinder on the equipment; the duckbill valve on the fire extinguisher cylinder shall be about 100 mm above the equipment. Put the fire extinguisher cylinder to be disassembled or assembled into the equipment;

3.    Turn the wheel disc clockwise by hand and attach the fire extinguisher cylinder;

4.    Disassemble or assemble the duckbill valve on the fire extinguisher cylinder with a special wrench;

5.    After disassembling or assembling the duckbill valve on the fire extinguisher cylinder, turn the wheel disc counterclockwise to release the fire extinguishing cylinder. Take out the fire extinguisher cylinder to complete the work. Repeat the above procedures to complete the next task.

IV.   Repair and maintenance:

1.    The manual disassembly table for GMC-A fire extinguishers shall be placed in a clean, dry, indoor work environment;

2.    After the end of work every day, clean water logging and stains on the equipment housing;

3.    If the wheel disc does not rotate properly, please verify if there is a mechanical failure in the lead screw. Do not turn the wheel disc forcibly as this will damage the component parts of the equipment. Work can not be continued before solving this problem;

4.    After using the equipment for three months, please add lubricating oil to the lead screw to make the wheel disc turn freely.
