A: It is ABS+PC fire-proofing housing.
Q4. What is your MOQ for the chargers ?
A: Our MOQ usually is 100pcs/model. but we accept the small quantity to establish the long business.
Q5. What is your warranty policy ?
A: Our warranty is 24 months for all chargers. Once there is any defective on with 24 months, we will change the new one to customers.
Q6. What is the leadtime for mass production ?
A: Usually our leadtime for 5K is 5-7 working days.
Q7. Can I make my private label on the charger ?
A: We can make your private label on the charger. Meanwhile you can make your own package design.
Q8. I make business on Amazon ? Can you ship my goods to Amazon FBA ?
A: Yes, we have shipped many goods for customer to Amazon FBA directly.
Q9. How should we pay if we order from you?
A: For small amount or samples, you can pay by Paypal. For amount more than USD600, you can pay by Bank T/T.
Q10. Can I make OEM package ?
A: Yes, we can make OEM package when the quantity will be more than 500pcs for each model.
