2)What is the main market for REBOW?
We are selling more to EU and North America because the markets have high quality standard for LED products. The rate stands our turnover up to 70-80%. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new REBOW LED technology. We are also optimistic about the markets for other American and Asian regions.
3) What is REBOW lead time for LED Strip?
Usually we ship orders in 7-15 Days. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task. It also takes more time with customized products.
4) What is the Warranty for the led strips?
For the led strips,we have 3 years warranty.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
5) What is your led strip colour temperature?
The led strip have warm, natural,pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K).
The lower the colour temperature is, the warmer the light given by the LED:
we can controll the color temperutre very well ,our led strip is small tolerance of the CCT +- 100K.
Warm white = 2000-2200k ,2300-2500k,2600-2800k,2800-3000k
Natural white = 4000K-4500K
Pure white = 5500K-6500K
Cool white above 7000K
6) Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
7) why Rebow can do custom assembly or offer OEM led strip?
Rebow has gained a lot of experience on OEM assembly of LED strip lighting. The strips can have different size, layout,customer logos and labels. We also want to apply the experience to LED luminaires as we have good design and engineering team. Because we have our own CNC processing machines we can quickly work out prototype for LED strip.We will strictly follow the principal that we won't disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
