For sample order or order with small quantities, it can be delivered by express, such as UPS, TNH, DHL, SF etc.

Q1.Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a company with our own factory and professional team.

Q2. Can I have a sample order for solar light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A: Sample times is5-7 days, and mass production time is 20- 35 days. It depends on the quantities.

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for solar light order?
A: Usually, for mass production, we require 1000pcs for normal design and 500pcs for special design. However, the larger the quantity is, the cheaper the price would be. 

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
A: We usually ship goods by sea. It will take 25-30days. We can also use DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-10days to receive it. 

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on solar light product?
A: Yes, we could print customized logo. And we can do customized package as well.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.
