A: Samples need 7-10 days, mass production needs 3-4 weeks for order quantity more than MOQ.

A: Yes,for the detail product MOQ, please contact us.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For samples, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.The arrival day depends on the distance
and the efficiency of the courier. For mass products, we usually ship by sea.
Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or applications.
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly, We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our
sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, usually for the led lamps ,we offer 2-3 years warranty to it.
Q8: Is there any discount in bulk purchase?
A: Yes, Discounts are negotiable according to quantity.For the bulk discount, please contact us.
Q9: What about the delivery date?
A: We don’t have stock, and all the orders have to be produced after confirmation. Different products
and different packings have different production lead time, please contact our us for the further details.
When we issue the P/I, we won’t write a detailed delivery date, but show lead time from we receive the
deposit or L/C, for example: 30 days after the receipt of 30% deposit.
