HFP540M lightweight concrete wall panel system has the biggest capacity of wall panels compared to the other two types with same panel size. It is very easy to operate, and investment is much lower if one place has sufficient labors, this line is a very good choice for wall panels production.

HFP540M Manual Panel Machine Features
Manual wall panel machine is available for room partition wall panels, size ranges from 2200mm to 3000mm on length, width is 600mm, thickness ranges from 60mm to 250mm. It is manual style machine, which has high capacity and cheap price, while it needs more labors to operate compared to semi and automatic machine, customers can choose this type if they want to start a small business for testing market considering budget issue.
Other Main Machines for Complete Production Line
1. Mixing plant
HONGFA mixing plant consists of mixer, movable infusion unit and aggregating system. It can mix all raw material automatically and record every data for production. 3.6CBM capacity mixer guarantees infusion efficiency. It only needs about 15seconds to finish 1 pc of panel with size 2440*610*100mm.
2. EPS Expander
EPS expander is used for expanding raw polysterene, one-time expander can make EPS around 15-18kg/CBM, interval expander can get proportion on 9-11kg/CBM.
3. Ferry car
There are 2 sets of ferry car in HONGFA wall panel production design, to make it cycle from infusion, curing and demolding area. With ferry cars you can save half space for workshop.
4. Recycling unit
Recycling unit can save eveything in production, waste slurry settling in underground mixer, the cement and sand will be pumped into mixer again for next mixing cycle. Keep production clean and make waste recycling, cost saving.
