AFTER SALES
SOKOYO will offer technical guidance and repair service for the whole life time of her products. 
SOKOYO promises to respond with customer's questions within 24 working-hours.

Payment terms: 30% in advance and 70% before goods sending.
Lead time: 2~3 weeks upon receipt of payment for 50 poles of solar street lights. 
Shipping: Generally, solar street lights are shipped by sea. Battery and pole are not available to ship by air.
Package: Individual package for each component of solar street light. Wooden box for LED lamp and solar panel for LCL goods. 80 poles load a 40 HP container for 8M solar street lights and 60-3.5m solar garden lights in a 20 container.
