Q1. Are you a factory or trading company? How can I visit there?

A. We are a factory. Welcome to visit our factory. We are in Henglan Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China. After arriving at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, please refer to the following route to our factory.

Guangzhou(take a subway)→Guangzhou South Railway Station(take an express train)→Guzhen Railway Station. We will pick you up at Guzhen Station.

All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcomed to visit us!

Q2. Can I get some samples?

A. We are honored to offer you samples.

Q3. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A. "Quality is priority.” We always attach great importance to quality control during the whole production, from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has professional colleagues to do the inspection about the material, semi-finished, and finished items.

Q4. What’s your lead time?

A. 5-7days for samples; 35-40 days after receiving 30% deposit for bulk order.

Q5. How do you provide the after-sale service?

A. We will provide some spare parts, e.g. glasses & crystals in the container together with the goods. If some fragile parts are found broken after the long distance transportation, please send us the pictures and tell us the quantity, we will offer the free replacements for you.
