A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples can be provided.

Q2. Can I cutomized the products?

A: Yes. we accept customization. Sample make take 2-9 days depending on your requirement, mass production lead time also based on your quantity after the sample is confirmed. 

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT..etc for small orders and sea ship for larger orders. It usually takes 3-5 days by international express. Ocean shipment delivery time varies from country by country. Please contact us for more details.

Q4: How to deal with defective units?

A: We inspect goods one by one to prevent bad units from getting shipped to you. We have a profound inspection system and strict quality control that our defective rate is kept less than 1%. We'll compensate the corresponding money if some goods is broken.
