Q: Are there any tests be done before shipment?
A: Yes, we will do at least 5 tests to approve the lights ok to output, then will proceed to ship. ( Aging Test, Waterproof Test, Dropping Test, etc.)
Q: What are the difference about spot beam, flood beam and combo beam?
A: As you can see in above, Spot beam led light bar‘s light is long-range (30 degree). Flood beam led light bar‘s light is wide-range (60 degree). Combo beam led light bar‘s light is wide & long-range.
Q: How about the OEM Service?
A: Once OEM service available, we can help print your logo (and your required info) outer the lights case or on surface of the light free of charge.
Q: How about your warranty?
A: Normally, we offer 1 year warranty time for hantu led lights. And during that, if the product is out of working because of its own quality issue, we will return back the money to you or send a new one to instead.
