2. May I start with a sample order for this item?

Of course yes, we welcome sample orders to test market and quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable.

3. What about the lead time?

Sample needs 5-7 days; 

Mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for bulk order.

4. Can we just order small quantity?

5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

cWe usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

6. Is it OK to print my logo on products?

Yes. Please inform us logo artworks in PDF or AI format, logo PANTONE color number, logo location on sample, logo size formally by email before our production.
