 1. For the packing, we adopt strong packing bag and export standard carton for transport, to protect the goods during transport.

2. About the shipment, we can ship them by sea, by air or by express(DHL, UPS, Aramex, TNT, Fedex, etc ).

Q: Are you factory or trading company?

Q: Can you print my picture or logo onto the products?

A: Yes, we can .We can use digital printing ,hand printing ,silk printing .

Q: What are the products including ?

A: It is included, blower, kit bag(including the same colors material, glue).

Q:Do  your blowers  meet CE/UL requirements?

A: Our blowers have passed the certificate of CE,UL.

Q: How can we install the inflatables?

A: Is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, open the packages of inflatables and air blower,unfold the inflatables, then connect the air blower with inflatable,turn on the electricity to inflate it.

Q: How  to  clean the inflatable games?

A: Just use soap and water. Do not use any kind of solvents.

Q: Payment items ?

A: We will start your order after receiving 45%  of the down payment. After  finishing, we will email you the photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

PS:If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance.

Q: Producing time?

A: Our regular producing time is 6-15 days.
