Q:What is your major product?
A:We are professional in LED par light,LED WALL WASHER,LED moving head light,Strobe light,Battery and wireless light, Gobo light,Profile light and so on.

Q:What is the warranty time for all of your products?
A:Our warranty time is 1 year,does not cover malfunction caused by damage to LEDs.

Q:Do your products have any certificate?
A:Yes,our products have CE.ROSH,UL and CQC certificate

Q:What is your shipment term?
A:Our shipment term is EXW Guangzhou;if FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen,ORC or THC & DOC charge are excluded if the order quantity less than 1 full container.

Q:If the light have problem,how to check and maintain?
A:Please contact us via email or call us or chat with us,show us the pictures or the video of the problem,our engineer will check it as your video and pictures,and inform you how to check the light till get the confirmation of which parts have problem.

Q:How to pay for the order?
A:The customers can pay for the order via T/T,Paypal or Western Union.

Q:How can I track my order?
A:On 90% of orders we will send you tracking details once the order has left our warehouse. If we don’t manage to get the tracking details to you, you can give us a quick call and we will happily
find the status of your order and find the tracking details

Q:What's the shipping method and shipping time?
A: Our products could be shipped by Express/Air/Sea, which method to be used is based on the weight and size of the package and with consideration of customer's requirements. Shipping time by Express: 3-7 days, by Air: 5-10 days, by Sea: 20-40 days

Q:Can I have a sample order for light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q: Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q:What about the lead time for the samples?
A: Need about 5-7 days for samples, mass production time needs 20-25days for mass productin

Q:What about the after service?
A:We provide one year quality warranty after dispatch.We also provide long time free technical advised services and technical consulting services.
