Because of our technical expertise and high quality design, all our products have received national certification author: VDE, TUE, DEMKO, SEMKO, FIMKO, NEMKO, UL/CUL, CCC, PSE, S-mark, PSB, B-mark, NF, Gost-R, SAA, FCC, VCCI, EMC, C-tick, etc. we have received several rewards such as “the most learning enterprise”, “ Guangdong Private Technology Enterprise”, “National High and New Technology Enterprise”.

During 2009, LETARON invested USD 500,000.00 and set up an internal test laboratory which can totally implement both safety and EMC testing according to IEC standards: EN/IEC 61347-1, EN/IEC 61347-2-2, EN/IEC 61347-2-3, EN/IEC 61347-2-13, EN/IEC 60598-1, EN/IEC 60598-2-1, EN/IEC 60598-2-2, EN/IEC 60598-2-24, EN/IEC 60598-2-6.

In 2011, we passed the TUV SUD ISO17025 audit and received a witness test laboratory authorization.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipment is also optional.

Q5. How to start an order for led light?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly we arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer at least 3 years warranty to our products. Some our products are even offer 5 years or 10 years warranty

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
