Payment
Buyer should pay in full first, and then the delivery will be arranged as soon as possible. We accept T/T and credit card. Other payment methods need to be negotiated.

Packing
Before delivered to the customers, all our devices have been carefully inspected. The device is packed in carton lined with foam material.

Kernel engineers and customer service team offer professional and detailed troubleshooting to help you if you have any problems of usage.

PS. We offer One year warranty after the delivery. Except for the troubles caused by improper storage or use, during the quality guarantee period, we will render maintenance services gratis for our products. After the quality guarantee period, we will render maintenance services non-gratis. Lamp tube is of consumables, so we will not render maintenance services for it.
