Functional specification for exit sign emergency light with self-checking

Indicator light:"RED"means charging, "YELLOW"means failure, "GREEN" means regular working with AC220V.

Self-checking program

with monthly check and yearly check two patterns 

Monthly check: after continuously working with electricity circuit for 30 days, monthly check starts up. system works with emergency function: "GREEN" indicator glitter with 1Hz rate, 1 minute duration time.

Yearly check: after continuously working with electricity circuit for 365 days, yearly check starts up. system works with emergency function: "GREEN" indicator glitter with 2Hz rate, keep working more than 30 minutes duration time until the battery finish discharging. Alarm works if battery discharging less than 30 minutes. 

Failure detection 

With battery failure, every one minute one time bell alarm noticed by buzzer, "YELLOW" indicator glitter with 1Hz rate. 

With light source failure, every one minute one time bell alarm noticed by buzzer, "YELLOW" indicator glitter with 2Hz rate. 

Manually checking program 

1:Press"TEST" bottom(for less then 1 second), system works with imitation emergency function (duration time 6 seconds)

2:Press"TEST" bottom(between 3 and 5 seconds), system works with monthly check function.. "GREEN" indicator glitter with 1Hz rate        

3:Press"TEST" bottom(between 6 and 8 seconds), system works with monthly check function, "GREEN" indicator glitter with 2Hz rate

4:Press"TEST" bottom

(more than then 10 seconds), system initial. All failure cleanup  

5:Press"TEST" bottom 

under emergency condition for 10 seconds, emergency output shutdown
