Q1. Can I have a sample order for your products?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q2. How about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 7 days, and mass production needs 2 week. The actual lead time is according to your order quantity.
Q3. Do you have any Minimum Order Quantity?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q4. How do you ship the products and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Q5. How to proceed to a new order?
A: First, let us know your requirements by sending the inquiry.Second, we quote according to your requirements.Third, you confirm and arrange payment for formal order.Finally, we will start the production.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

A: Our LED products are designed with long lifetime in mind, allowing reliable thermal management. LUXX LIGHT TECHNOLOGY currently offers a standard 2 year warranty on our products.
Q8. What is an IP Rating?
A: The system is used provide a guide to the degree of protection that a luminaire has against the ingressof solids and liquids.The First Number relates to solids and ranges from 0~6.The ratings offer a logical progression from larger to smaller objects, so the lowest number (zero) indicates that there is no protectionagainst touching live parts within the equipment. The most common rating for a light fitting intended for general interior use is IP20, which tells you that nothing larger than 12.5mm diameter can reach a live partwhen the equipment is fully assembled.The Second Number relates to liquids and ranges from 0~8.Unlike the natural progression assigned to the ingress of solids, the second number relates to styles of liquid ingress; drips, sprays, splashes, jets and immersion.
