1, How to install of this light? It is easy to install?
There are 5 ways for choosing installing(Cable type;Ceiling type;Bucket type;Party General;Bridge type), and it is simple
installing ways.
2, It is support dimmable?
Yes , it could be 0-10V dimmable.
3, It is constant voltage or constant current?
We could do it according to your requirements, both of available.
4, What is the size?
We could customize different size(like 1200mm,900mm, 600mm, 1800mm, 2400mm , 30000mmm etcs)
5, What is brand of the driver?
We have designed own brand driver, the driver is 3-5 years warranty, also we could adopt Lifud, Boke etc brands according our
customers requirements.
6, If the light has broken, it is easy to replacement?
We will send new light to replacement, or provide new driver, if you have professional electronic engineers, we also could provide
PCB board for your side. Also few customers have asked led strip light, they think that it is easy to replace, if you also prefer,
we could do it.
7, How do we know what is the quantity for our project?
Only tell us the place wide and length, high, and our engineers will make a complete solution (including the quantity, size etcs),
it is very clear to show you PDF file.
8, How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
We have own shipping company, we will choose more economic ways with fast delivery. If the goods will be shipped by sea, we also
provide clearance customs for your side. So the freight cost will be cheaper than other agent. We didn’t make any profit for
freight cost , just provide better service.
9, What is the MOQ?
We could accept small order for supporting your side, 1pc is also ok. Because we have own raw materials production line.
10, If we only need the profile materials, or PCB board not driver, it is ok?
Of course, as we have produced profile and cover by ourselves , if you only need raw materials, it is also welcome.
