For its beam angle 175 degrees, its specially designed for the extra-slim lightbox whose depth is 35mm-100mm:
For a 1 square meter lightbox whose thickness 4-5cm, 6 meters of the led strips is enough.
For a 1 square meter lightbox whose thickness 6-8cm, 5 meters of the led strips is enough.
For a 1 square meter lightbox whose thickness 8-10cm, 4 meters of the led strips is enough.
Quality control
The level of exigency that ou demand we apply it to our engineering department. We submit to all the models to a serie of tests such as>
• Resistance to freshwater.
• Resistance to salad water.
• Resistance to acids.
• Thermal resistance.
• Fire resistance.
• Resistance to electrical surges.
• Life span measurements working 18 hours/day
Also, before each shipment, our operators check the operation of each module individually, so the ratio of defective produts is 0%.
• Before sending out the products, we will make the buring test almost 24 hours to make sure the quality of the led modules.

All models have the CE and RoHS certificates because are the most requested. Also this certificates are printed in every bag and every box we deliver.

The products are 10pcs one pack, and then 20 pcs are introduced in small boxes for being, finally, put inside larger boxes. The size of the big box is 53.5x38.5x38.6cm.
