Injection Department

Our injection departments specializes in injecting mirror cover and other plastic parts,which seperated into two areas,over 40 injection machines totally.One is automatic department,which is operated and sorted out by machine completedly.Another department is operated by machine and sorted out by staff.According to different structure and different items of makeup mirror,then it will be produced by different machines.

Oil Spraying and Logo Printing Department

If clients need gold,rose gold,silver color,or other special color which isn't exist on pantone color,we'll custom such color by spray color oil to achieve.

Besides,we could custom clients' brand,printing private logo on products by silk screen printing,pad printing,hot stamping or other craft.

 

Products Assembling Department

There are 5 completed production lines for prodcuts assembled,and there are two inspectors every production line to check every product strictly.

Besides,there are automatic glue dispensers matched to control same amount of every glue dot,then make mirror glass is pasted on mirror cover firmly and won't drop out.

As well as professional machines are matched to test led light,plastic parts,and glass of products.
