A1:We are a factory with 20 years experience in this field .And we provide OEM&ODM services.

Q2:Can I get a sample?

A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?

A2: We usually ship by UPS, DHL, EMS, FEDEX or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days.

(The freight for sample delivery is at receiver's side;For saving the cost, we recommend the way of prepaid instead of collect.)

Q4:Where is your location?

A: Our factory is in Yixing(Wuxi) city,Jiangsu Province,it takes 3 hours far away from shanghai by car. 

Q5.What is the delivery time?

Normally it takes 20-45days after receiving your payment,but it could be negotiated based on your order quantity and our production schedule.
