Generally speaking, the sampling order will be shipped to you by express including DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS,etc.

And we'd like send you your package by air which is cheaper than by express, but fast than by sea. If your order quantity and volume is beyond a container, we can ship them to you by sea, we can provide FOB, CIF, CNF price for your review, DDU and DDP services are acceptable.

Q:Can I custom my box?

A:Sure, we can work out the customized box from our customers according to their design,requests,artworks.If our customers haven't their artworks or the design files,we can provide the free design services for them to help them build their own boxes.

Q:How can I work out the customized box from your factory?

A:Firstly, please send your artwork,requests to our sales reps, they will send  your artwork with the requests to our engineers, our sales will send you the sampling cost and unit price for the mass production after a while.

Q:What file format should I be uploading to Designer for best results?

A:Any non-photographic content (including graphics and text) should be uploaded as vector-based files to ensure lines are crisp and clear. Logos usually need to be separated from the background, resized, or otherwise manipulated. Vector images offer the most versatility for these purposes. Supported formats currently include .jpg, .png and pdf.

Q:Should my files be RGB or CMYK?

A:A good rule of thumb is anything dealing with the web should always be in RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and printed material should be in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, blacK). Basically, monitors emit light and papers absorb light. Computer monitors show color as red, green and blue light at a low-medium resolution usually 72-75 dots per inch. Print production usually requires the four-color process CMYK in high resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Our digital printing is done using CMYK, so if you upload your images in RGB we will automatically convert them to CMYK. This automatic conversion process can sometimes result in faded, dull or inaccurate color representation in the final printed project.

For the best printed color results, we strongly suggest converting your file format from RGB to CMYK before uploading. You can then adjust the colors after your conversion to appear more accurately to your intended result. Software programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat have features to better represent CMYK colors on computer monitors. If you have one of these software programs installed on your computer, that should help you convert and preview the artwork.

Q:How long can I get my sample,and what's the ETA for my order?

A:The sample will be shipped out  in 3 days after the payment confirmed, we will ship out your samples by DHL, Fedex, TNT, the leadtime is decided by the quanitity of your order, but it won't take 20 days.

Q:How do I place an order and design my box?

A:1.Select a box type (Mailer, Shipping Box, Pizza Box) and box size.

    2.Select the material (Kraft, Standard White, Premium White, Premium White Gloss).

    3.Select the estimated quantity.

    4.Personalize your design. You can adjust the background, add text, and upload an image or logo. Note that Designer defaults to outside of box, but you can also print on inside of box.

    5.Preview and proof in 2-D and 3-D. You design box in 2-D and see a 3-D image in real time throughout the design process. In 3-D you can open, close and rotate the box.

    6.Share your design in 3-D or save your design for later.

    7.Select Place Order to purchase your custom designed box.

Q:Do the customized boxes you offer use recycled materials?

A:They do.

All corrugated and paper-based materials are from FSC or SFI certified suppliers in North America. Whenever possible, we source from local mills with the highest available recycled content. Our Kraft corrugated is made from 100% post consumer paper.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?

A:You can order 500 or 10,000+ or any quantity in between. The more boxes you order, the less expensive each box becomes.

Q:How is shipping calculated?

A:Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and zip code of your order's destination. You will be able to see the cost of shipping when checking out and before your final purchase. Note that we integrate with UPS to ensure you receive the best price and service.

Q:What if I am not satisfied with my custom packaging?
A:Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
