A: We got CE,ROHS,ISO certificates, and are trying to get the E-MARK E13, too.

Q: Can I get the sample before formal order ?

A: Yes ,sample charged after discount.

Q:What's the leading time and shipping way?

A:1.It is based on order quantity.

       For small order,it needs 3-5 days after 100% payment;

       For large order,it needs 15-21 days after 100% payment.

    2.We can ship goods by Express,Air,Sea,Train or other way as you require.

Q:What the warranty terms for your products?

A:All of our products have at least 1 year warranty.
