A: Yes, we are factory. We have our own moulding and producing workshops, including brass lost wax workshop, brass casting workshop, hardware workshop, lamp shade workshop and painting workshop. All things are controled by ourselves.
2: May I inspect before delivery?
A: Certainly, welcome to inspect before delivery.And if you can’t inspect by yourself, our factory has a professional quality inspection team to inspect the goods before shipment to ensure quality.
3. How would I get a quotation for a project or new development?
A: Please send us the drawing with qtys and requirements, then we would check Price for you within three days.
4: What is the average delivery time?
A: Sample usually takes about 10-20days depending on product type. Bulk order usually takes about 35 days.
5: Does your product include light sources?
A: No light sources are not included.
6: Does your packaging pass drop test of E-commerce?
A: Yes. Our packaging passed drop test of E-commerce.
7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firs, Our products are produced in sic quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2% Secondly, during the uarantee peo we will send new lights with new order for small quantity For defective batch products,we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
